I’ve been using the Masters Coaching Program at Thomas Coaching for most of my coaching career. Not only is this program a fantastic resource for coaching coaches, it is also great to get together with other coaches and discuss observations, techniques, and useful resources for our coaching business. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my current programs that I use with my own clients, but I also love that I can pull up a coaching resource and review the different approaches I’ve used in the past that I’ve found to be successful..
